External Sales Representative
We’re on the lookout for a goal-oriented individual with extensive experience in the MI industry, a knack for customer service best practices and a strong enthusiasm for teamwork. Exceptional organizational skills are a must, and the candidate should be prepared to travel for customer engagements.
Ultimately, the desired candidate should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and assist our team in achieving sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the M.I industry
• Reliable vehicle
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
• Experience on SAP
Responsibilities
• Develop new business within the M.I and Pro market.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide regular reporting.
• Generate personal sales reports and offer weekly feedback.
• Handle a designated product portfolio.
• Attend and actively participate in product training.
• Manage customer relations effectively.
• Process quotations and sales orders on SAP.
• Provide support for any represented brands.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Participate in strategy meetings.
• Contribute to business development and market segment planning.
• Provide regular reporting on leads, projects, events, trends, challenges, and achievements.
• Collaborate with marketing on advertising, marketing, and content ideas.
• Assist in inventory planning.
• Fulfill any other reasonable requests as instructed by management.
